- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup shredded apple
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachio
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Scoop into rounded balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are golden and fragrant.
