- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, quartered
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for shredded coconut. Pulse until resembles smooth mixture. Scoop into tablespoon size balls and roll in coconut.
