My Approach: Data Driven Nutrition

Data-driven nutrition

Guessing is not a strategy.

I’m a data-driven dietitian. Here’s what that looks like in practice: micronutrients, glucose, sleep and HRV, body composition, and bloodwork.

Micronutrients

Find the gaps. Personalize the plan.

Nutrient ratios show where your intake is out of balance, so recommendations (and supplements, when warranted) are based on your data, not a trend.

Nutrient balance gauges showing omega-6 to omega-3, zinc to copper, potassium to sodium, calcium to magnesium and calcium to oxalate ratios

Blood sugar patterns

See the spikes you can’t feel.

Glucose swings can drive inflammation and stall weight loss. A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) shows exactly which meals and habits move your numbers.

Wearable technology

Sleep and HRV tell the real story.

Trends in deep sleep and heart rate variability show how well you’re recovering, and whether your plan is working.

Body composition

The scale can’t tell you this.

Body composition trends show whether you’re losing the right thing: reducing inflammatory visceral fat while protecting and building lean mass.

Bloodwork

Catch it before it’s a diagnosis.

Labs help assess biomarker status and flag risk early, so we can act while there is still time to change the trajectory.
